Bill Daly, CEO & General Manager

Bill Daly has over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology and diagnostic industries, including 14 years of business and functional management experience. Bill is Six Sigma Green Belt trained and has extensive experience in developing and managing ISO and FDA compliant quality systems. Bill's last position was with GE Healthcare Bio-Sciences, where he was the Director of CodeLink Operations. Areas of leadership included manufacturing, quality systems, engineering, environmental health, and safety.
 

Dennis Johnson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Dennis Johnson leads the company's growth initiatives, and the sales, marketing and communications functions.   Dennis brings over 15 years of international experience in a variety of marketing and sales roles and has enjoyed success working with prestigious Fortune 500 companies such as Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, Tyco Healthcare, Covidien, and Philips.

Kathy Patterson, MT(ASCP)SBB, Director of Validation Services

Kathy Patterson has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She began her career as a medical technologist in one of the most prestigious cancer centers in the United States. Since then Kathy has worked in a variety of settings, including several hospitals and donor centers, as a technologist and manager. Prior to joining R.F. Nozick and Associates, Kathy held the position of Supervisor at the Blood Bank laboratory in the Scott and White Blood Center, Temple, TX. As the Director of validation services at R.F. Nozick and Associates, Kathy is responsible for managing all validation projects and project managers.

Carleen Nary, MT(ASCP)SBB, Validation Manager

Carleen Nary has over 28 years of experience in the field of blood banking. She began her career working as a technologist in hospital blood banks and later as a supervisor in a transfusion service. After implementing and validating the Sunquest blood bank module at The Arlington Hospital (now Virginia Hospital Center), she worked at Soft Computer Consultants (SCC). While at SCC, she worked in client services where she installed, supported and trained clients to use the blood bank software. Also at SCC, she worked as a product specialist performing software testing of new versions, new releases, and software fixes. Carleen currently manages multiple validation systems at R.F. Nozick.

Kim Stice-Cruz MT(ASCP)SBB, Validation Manager

Kim has over 15 years of experience in Blood Banking. She has held various clinical positions at institutions including:  Wichita General Hospital, American Red Cross, and Carter Blood Center. Before joining R.F. Nozick and Associates, Kim held the position of Senior clinical software specialist at MEDIWARE Information Systems. Kim managed the development of HCLL Transfusion Validation Scripts for R.F. Nozick in 2007. She brings projects in on time and under budget consistently. Currently Kim manages validation projects for 3 systems at R.F. Nozick.

 

Janelle Joseph MT(ASCP), Automation Technology Manager

Janelle is a Medical Technologist with over 19 years of experience.  She has a unique blend of clinical and industrial experience.  Her clinical experience includes work in several VA hospitals, The University of Connecticut Health Center, William Backus Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Hospital, and Memorial Hermann Hosptial.  Janelle spent 7 years as a Solution Delivery Consultant as well as an Integration Architect with Cerner Corporation implementing Millennium Pathnet in multiple hospital laboratories.   Janelle is currently leading the development projects for Sanctuary™ Automated Validation Solutions for R.F. Nozick and Associates.
